- Fixed up "Page Switching" problem. Video buffer pages were over lapping
  and causing partial data from adjacent pages to mix.

- "Display User Bitmapped Character"; the characters horizontal X position
  was always fixed at 0. This is now fixed.

- "Polygon" Draw command; the ends of the polygon was always attached to pixel (0,0)
  or drawn off screen causing distortion. This is now fixed.
